About Me
My Background
I am a current M.A. Candidate at NYU's Business and Economic Reporting Program.
I graduated with a B.S. in Biology from Bucknell University.
I spent time conducting technical research: sorting PubMed articles for an oncologist on rare tumors; writing scientific abstracts for labs, and researching substance use disorder among expectant mothers in Lewisburg, PA.
After taking a Behavioral Finance Course, I realized there was a bridge between science and the markets.
Today, I enjoy covering narratives that drive the biotech/pharma sector and the oil and gas equities markets, driven by an enduring interest in geopolitics and the flow of global energy.
I like to break down stories with an analyst’s lens and tell them with a journalist’s voice.
I reside in New York City.
